Do you offer prescription safety glasses?
Yes, we provide a wide selection of prescription-ready frames. You can upload your current prescription during the checkout process, and our lab will custom-craft the lenses to your specifications.
What is your return policy for safety gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom prescription orders and used personal protective equipment cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
When will my order ship?
In-stock, non-prescription items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Prescription orders require additional processing time, usually shipping within 7-10 business days after prescription verification.
