At Safety Glasses USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your protective eyewear and gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; please note that custom prescription lenses are non-returnable.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing your request.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package the items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return to our warehouse using a traceable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
